Your child is not just joining another soccer club. We are creating a family oriented soccer community. We are proud of our mission statement and vision and our goal is to be thought of as the Player centered Youth Soccer program in Virginia for all players from U10-U18!
Philosophy
The club, each team, and age division is developing along the same coaching philosophy which is overseen by our coaching staff. As a result all coaches providing every player in the club with:
· Training indoor and outdoor
· Functional training in positional groups (forwards, midfielders, defenders)
· Skills clinics
· Parent/player meetings
· Player progress reports and ongoing development
With coordination of training activities, schedules, games the resources of the entire club will be used to the advantage of every player and team in the club.
Players’ Opportunities for additional training/playing
All players in the club will have the opportunity for more soccer opportunities where they are challenged more. This is identical to the European model where players may get called to an older age group for a practice or game and then return to their original team.
Quality
Everything we do focuses on providing quality programs for our players and their families. We will teach our players that to accomplish anything in life, they must be willing to work hard, be committed, and maintain a good attitude. By teaching our players the right way to train and the right way to play, we know that they will have fun developing as players.
Coaching
As a player centered club the single most important tool we can provide to our players is the quality of coaching every player and team will receive from our coaching staff to help each one to develop into the best that they can be.

· Develop players technically and tactically to be able to compete at the highest levels
· Develop teams to compete at the highest levels
· Create the primer soccer program in the Central Virginia area
